Will I be charged anything today?

No. You get full access to everything you see for 14 days. After the 14 days it is $19.99/month.

When is the next challenge?

Each challenge starts at different times. Once signed up you will hear from Luke and his team to get set up before the next challenge begins. We usually aim for the first Monday each month, but that is not always the case.

Are these beginner workouts?

All 4 programs cover beginner to more advanced workouts. No matter your exercise history you will feel the burn!

Do I need Facebook?

No, but it is highly recommended for the challenge and to interact with other Carb Lovers.

What kind of results should I expect?

As you know every person is different. I have had people lose 1 pound to 23 pounds in 21 days. The purpose of this challenge is to show you how to get long term results. I had one lady lose 2 pounds during the challenge, and then lost 70 pounds after the challenge from the knowledge she learned.

How do I cancel if needed?
