Is there any recurring payment?

No, everything you see is a one-time payment.

Will you give me my macros?

I will teach you how to customize them so you have the skill for life. By the end of 21 days you will have your macros and know how to change them as well. For those that upgrade to 1 on 1 coaching I do it for you.

How much time do I need to be successful?

15 minutes a day (5 days a week). Each day you will have a video to watch that is between 8-15 minutes. As long as you watch those each day you will be successful.

Do I need Facebook?

YES, I HIGHLY recommend it as that is where all the fun is at.  

What kind of results should I expect?

As you know every person is different. I have had people lose 1 pound to 23 pounds in 21 days. The purpose of this challenge is to show you how to get long term results. I had one lady lose 2 pounds during the challenge, and then lost 70 pounds after the challenge from the knowledge she learned.
